PrettyLitter can be used for a diabetic cat, but it will not show the presence of glucose in their urine. However, it can be used to detect the ancillary effects of feline diabetes.
If your cat goes to the bathroom more than usual, we suggest getting additional litter so it lasts a full month. You will also need to change the litter more often due to excess urine throughout.
We suggest using PrettyLitter as a monitoring tool instead of a normal litter.
