Before you cancel, did you know you can "paws" your PrettyLitter deliveries or make changes to your subscription at any time through your account dashboard?

Please note that any Loyalty Points associated with your account will be forfeited once your subscription is canceled.
If you'd still like to proceed, follow the steps below to cancel your subscription.
Step 1:
Log in to your PrettyLitter account. Need help signing in? Check out this article for step-by-step login instructions.
Once you're successfully logged in, move on to Step 2 to continue canceling your subscription.
Step 2:
Click the My Subscriptions tab at the top of the screen.
Step 3:
Find the subscription you wish to end and click Modify.
Step 4:
In the side panel that appears on the right, click Cancel Subscription.
Step 5:
Select your reason for canceling then click No Thanks, Continue to Cancel, and you’re done.
