How to cancel your subscription:
- Log in to your PrettyLitter account.
- Click the SUBSCRIPTION tab.
- Click CANCEL next to your subscription details.
- Select CONTINUE CANCELLING at the bottom.
- Choose your reason for cancellation and click CONTINUE CANCELLING.
- A pop-up will appear if you want to share more details about your reason for cancellation.
- Click CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION to save your changes.
