Running low on litter before your next shipment, or are you finding you’re using more than expected? No need to panic! You can easily update your subscription to a schedule that fits you and your fur family purr-fectly.
Follow the steps below or check out our handy video tutorial to get started.
How to change your subscription frequency:
- Log in to your PrettyLitter account.
- Once logged in, click the Subscriptions tab at the top of your screen.
- Click the edit icon next to your subscription details.
- Next click the arrow next to Frequency
- A pop-up will appear where you can choose your desired frequency schedule.
- Click UPDATE to save your changes.
That's it! Once completed, your portal will reflect the change in frequency.
Please note: depending on how many bags your subscription includes—and whether you’re on a monthly or quarterly plan—there are a few limits to how soon you can move up your next shipment (or how far out you can push it).
