As soon as your order has shipped, we send out a shipping confirmation to the e-mail address associated with your PrettyLitter account. Your confirmation will include a carrier tracking number and relevant information to follow the status of your upcoming delivery.

Your shipping confirmation email is configured to update in real-time too! As your delivery progresses with the carrier, the status listed in your email will change. We recommend bookmarking this email to refer back to whenever you need it!
