We totally get it—sometimes you're out of town or just didn’t go through as much litter this month. No worries! Rescheduling your next PrettyLitter delivery is easy. 🐾
You’ve got two quick ways to update your delivery date, and both start by logging in to your PrettyLitter account.
⭐️ Option 1: from the Home Tab
- Log in to your PrettyLitter account.
- Click the Home tab at the top of your screen.
- Scroll down and click the pencil icon next to the Renewal Date.
- Select your preferred shipping date.
- Click UPDATE to confirm.
⭐️ Option 2: from the Subscription Tab
- Head to the Subscriptions tab in your customer portal.
- Click the pencil icon next to your Next Renewal Date.
- Choose your preferred shipping date.
- Click UPDATE to confirm.
That’s it! Once completed, your new renewal date will be visible in your portal.
