Change My Next Bill Date

Customers can easily edit or customize their PrettyLitter subscription by logging in through the account dashboard. Click here to get started!

 To change your next bill date:

  1. Login to your account
  2. From your account dashboard:
    1. Select "Edit Order" from Your Next Delivery preview
    2. Select the "Edit" icon (notepad) next to your renewal date
    3. Select a new renewal date from the calendar pop-up
    4. Select "Update" to save your changes
