Upcoming Order Reminders: Never Miss an Update on Your Order ✨
Upcoming Order Reminders are a simple way to stay in the loop so you know exactly when your order is on its way, and have time to make any changes before it ships.
How to Opt In:
From your most recent order confirmation email, scroll to the bottom.
Look for the banner with the Manage Preferences button.
Click through to update your email preferences.
You can also opt in to Upcoming Order Reminders in your customer portal!
- Log in to your PrettyLitter account.
- Click the Profile tab at the top of your screen.
- Scroll down to the Email Preferences section.
- Click the box next to Upcoming Order Reminders to confirm.
Once you’ve opted in, you’ll receive an email reminder 5–7 business days before your next order ships.
