What If I Experience Litter Dust?
Because PrettyLitter crystals are lightweight and highly absorbent, minor friction during shipping or routine use may generate a small amount of particulate. This is a normal physical characteristic of mineral substrates and does not indicate a product defect.
For most cats and pet parents, this minimal dust poses no concern. However, individuals with allergies or respiratory sensitivities may experience irritation with any litter material. We recommend pouring the litter gently and avoiding unnecessary agitation to minimize airborne particles.
