You can easily edit or modify the credit card associated with your PrettyLitter subscription at anytime by signing into your account dashboard.
To update your payment method, follow the steps listed below:
Step 1:
Log in to your PrettyLitter account. Need help signing in? Check out this article for step-by-step login instructions.
Once you're successfully logged in, move on to Step 2.
Step 2:
Edit Payment Information can be done on either the Dashboard or in My Subscriptions tab.
Step 3:
Scroll down and click the Edit icon or Edit Payment.
Step 4:
A pop-up box will appear, then click Add Payment Method.
Step 5:
Fill out the Card Number and the Billing Address information fields. You can set the newly added payment method as your primary card by clicking the tick box below.
Step 6:
Click ADD to save your changes, and voila - you’re done!
