Cancel Anytime (No Long-Term Commitment)
PrettyLitter is a flexible subscription which means:

🚫️ No hidden fees
🚫️ No cancelation penalties
Existing customers can cancel their subscription at anytime by logging into their account dashboard online, or by contacting Customer Support at least two (2) business days prior to your next scheduled order date.
How To Cancel
- Log in to your PrettyLitter account
- Head to "Manage Subscription"
- Select "Cancel Subscription"
- Follow the prompts to confirm your selection

Timing Matters
To avoid being charged for a scheduled shipment, please cancel before your next billing date. If an order has already been processed or shipped, we're unable to stop it in most cases -- but you'll still have full control over future deliveries.
