What is the VIP Loyalty Program?
Earn points. Get rewards. Keep your cat happy!
Our loyalty program lets you earn rewards just for doing what you already do -- shopping PrettyLitter, caring for your cat, and staying part of our community.
Once you're signed up, you'll earn perks for things like:
Making purchases
Staying subscribed
Engaging with PrettyLitter
Celebrating milestones with your cat
Those perks can turn into exclusive savings, rewards, and special surprises! 🎁️
How Does It Work?
Our new loyalty program is points-based!
- You’ll earn 10 points for every bag of PrettyLitter you purchase.
- You'll earn extra points by completing fun activities on our VIP Rewards page, like:
- Taking our cat quiz
- Creating your cat’s profile
- Following us on social media
- And more!
Earning Loyalty Points
Points will be added to your account once any qualifying order is confirmed. As soon as the points are available, you’ll be able to redeem them for rewards.
You can view your point balance and redemption history anytime by visiting your Loyalty Dashboard in the customer portal.
NOTE: If an item in your order is cancelled, removed, returned, or refunded for any reason you will not earn points for that item. If points were already awarded, those points will be deducted from your point balance.
Redeeming Your Loyalty Points
Ready to treat your cat? Here’s how to redeem:
- Visit the VIP Rewards tab in your portal.
- If you have enough points for a reward, you'll see a "Redeem" button below it.
- Click Redeem and a pop-up will confirm your choice.
- Once confirmed, the item will be added to your next shipment automatically.
🔁 Want to change your mind? You can click Return to Dashboard instead.
Please note: points expire 2 years after they are earned.
Rewards include:
- Cat toys
- Litter mats
- Cat food and treats
- FREE bags of PrettyLitter 🐾
How Do I Join The Loyalty Program?
Joining is easy (your cat could do it... if they had thumbs):
- Create or log into your PrettyLitter account
- In your customer portal, click on the VIP Rewards tab—or click here!
- Sign up and start earning right away!
Once you're enrolled, you can track your points and redeem rewards directly from the VIP Rewards tab.
🚨 Important: If your subscription is canceled at any time, any unused points will be lost.
