First-time customers who order with us online are automatically eligible for our 30-Day Risk-Free Guarantee.
If, for any reason, you (and your cat!) are not completely satisfied with your PrettyLitter, just reach out within 30 days of your original purchase date and we’ll be happy to assist you with a refund. Send us a message at meow@prettylitter.com and our team will be happy to help out!
📦 Returns
If you’ve ordered from us before, you may still be eligible for a return within 14 days of confirmed delivery for refund consideration.
Eligible returns must be:
- Unused, unopened & unaltered
- In their original packaging
- Purchased at PrettyLitter.com
- Within the 14-day return window
🔁 What Can Be Returned?
- Any bag(s) of PrettyLitter
- Litter mats
- Litter boxes
- Litter scoops
🚫 What Can’t Be Returned?
For health and safety reasons, we can’t accept returns on perishable items like:
- PrettyPlease (wet & dry food)
- Pips Dental Treats
- Food Bundles
Refund requests will be considered for first-time food orders purchased from PrettyLitter.com within 14 days of a confirmed delivery.
