Cancel My Subscription

We're sad to hear you may be ending your subscription soon!

Did you know you can "paws" or cancel your PrettyLitter deliveries at anytime by signing into your account dashboard? Click here to login & get started.

To cancel your subscription follow the steps below, or watch our handy tutorial video! 

  1. Log in to your PrettyLitter account.

  2. Once logged in, click the Subscriptions tab at the top of your screen.

  3. Click the edit icon next to your subscription details.

  4. A pop-up will appear where you you can manage your subscription. Here, you can update your shipment frequency, adjust the number of bags, and even switch your litter variant (Lotus Scented, Unscented, or Non-Clumping). And if needed, you’ll find the option to cancel your subscription at the bottom of the page.

  5. When you select Cancel Subscription, you’ll have the option to chat with our support team or move forward with the cancellation. When continuing with the cancellation please select the reason for cancelling that best fits your situation. 

  6. Then click Continue Cancellation. Which will bring you to the subscription summary page where you'll see there are no upcoming deliveries. And you're all set!
