Change My Renewal Date

Need to "paws" or delay your next PrettyLitter shipment? We can help with that!

Customers can easily edit or modify their upcoming order or billing date by signing into their account dashboard. Click here to login & get started!

 To change your next bill date, follow the steps listed below or watch our handy tutorial video!

      1. Log in to your PrettyLitter account.

      2. Once logged in, click the Subscriptions tab at the top of your screen.

      3. Click the edit icon next to Your Next Renewal Date.

      4. A pop-up will appear where you will choose your preferred renewal date.

      5. Click UPDATE to save your changes.

Don't fur-get to complete your changes before your next order is scheduled to process. 😉️
